When I first started photographing events I did not realize how much stress and planning went in to making events happen.
Now, after a decade and over 250 events, collaboration is the best way to make an event planner’s stress level go down. I work with your social media team to get content “live” during the event and, when you get to work the next day, you will have a “highlights” gallery ready to go with a photographic summary of your event, captioned and ready to go to the media!
Let us capture your guests, in their gala attire, having fun at your event so you can enjoy it with them. From setup and cocktail hour to program and post-event party, we document with an eye to tell your story.
The real magic happens a week or two later when gallery links are sent to guests and your guests can relive their favorite moments and share their memory (and your organization’s story) with their network or print a portrait to hang on their wall.
They will remember with fondness your organization and event every time they meander down their memories or walk by the wall with picture of them dressed to the 9’s at your event.
